I'm a PhD-trained ML engineer who spent the last decade shipping AI systems for biomedical research, healthcare, and early-stage companies. I started Torchstack because I kept watching non-technical founders pay for AI work that didn't fit their business — and I thought I could do better.
I work directly with founders of 2–10 person companies who can't yet justify a full-time technical hire but need senior judgment to make AI decisions that won't break them. Most engagements start with an AI Readiness Assessment — a one-week written roadmap of what's real, what's hype, and what to build first. Sometimes that's where it ends. Sometimes it leads to a build. Sometimes it leads to me telling you not to.
Torchstack is the vehicle — a small team of vetted engineers, designers, and data scientists I bring in when execution is needed. But the relationship is with me. I'm on every call, I review every deliverable, I own every outcome.
